| Job Description |
Requirements/Experience:
-
Significant (at least 10 years) and recent (1 years from date of contract)
-
Experience in executive assistant duties and general office duties such as but not limited to: answering telephones, scheduling, file preparation,
filing, travel processes, hospitality processes and proof reading within the federal health portfolio for minimum, a Director-General level.
-
Experience in procurement of goods and services within the federal health portfolio.
-
Experience in document management within the federal health portfolio.
-
Experience in coordinating and tracking briefing notes, Question Period notes and petitions in the federal government's Management of Executive
Correspondence System.
-
Experience preparing/reviewing presentations, decks and briefing notes for line management and senior executives within the federal health
portfolio.

Experience in providing information to managers and employees on administrative processes, procedures and requirements, and in exchanging
information with colleagues/client.

Knowledge of the Treasury Board Secretariat's planning and reporting requirements.
-
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes. Adobe and Visio are assets.

Demonstrated ability to work in a very high paced environment.
-
Ability to multi-task, organize workload and realign priorities to meet deadlines.
-
Strong interpersonal skills.
