We charge a flat fee of 20-25% of the candidate’s annual salary at the point of hiring. There’s no cost or risk associated with interviewing our candidates, as payment is only required once we’ve found your next great hire.
What happens if the candidate is not a fit?
We work in the business of people and understand that sometimes the unexpected can happen, which is why we offer a 90-day guarantee to all our clients at no extra cost!
