We don’t charge any fees to our candidates for our services. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality job search resources and support.   

There may be costs as part of a client’s application process (such as a Police Record and Background Check), which would be the candidate’s responsibility.  

We’ll collaborate with you to learn about your job search priorities, your values, and your growth goals. We then work to match you with our clients that best align with your interests. Throughout the hiring process, were your advocate on salary, benefits, and flexible working arrangements. We aim to support your long-term success and land you a role that you‘ll thrive in!  

The timeframe for hiring varies depending on the demand and nature of the role youre looking for. A high demand role such as Accountant or Law Clerk may only take a few days to a week to move the process along to interview stages, but other more complex or senior roles will take longer.
