Yes. You must state on the initial RFP that multiple candidates may be needed under a contract. Your contracting authority will then add a clear indication that multiple contracts may be issued under this solicitation process.
Our average turnaround rate from receiving a RFP to bid submission differs by from the supply methods used. For THS services, turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. For ProServices, it takes a minimum of 5 days, and TSPS & TBIPS are 14 days.
