Temporary Help Services (THS) is designed to fill interim gaps for short-term assignments, seasonal work, or sudden changes in workload for a period that does not exceed 48 consecutive weeks.

There are 14 streams covered by THS ranging from Office Support to Policy Advisory Services.

ProServices is used to provide Professional Services for contracts valued under the CKFTA threshold ($100,000) to augment and support special project initiatives.

A Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) requirement is related to a particular activity required to address a specific IT need. It is usually associated with a finite set of responsibilities.

Task & Solution Professional Services  (TSPS) fills non-IT professional services required in Human Resources, Business Consulting and Project Management through a Supply Arrangement (SA) component.

An SA can be used for task-based services through the following two tiers:

  • Tier 1: for requirements above the CKFTA limit and up to $3.75 million.
  • Tier 2: for requirements over $3.75 million.

We also handle contractor payroll, so you don’t have to.

There are supply methods for contract work that can span multiple years. ProServices are for mid-length contracts (up to $100k in value), while TBIPS and TSPS can have contracts spanning multiple years.

Yes. You must state on the initial RFP that multiple candidates may be needed under a contract. Your contracting authority will then add a clear indication that multiple contracts may be issued under this solicitation process.

Our average turnaround rate from receiving a RFP to bid submission differs by from the supply methods used. For THS services, turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. For ProServices, it takes a minimum of 5 days, and TSPS & TBIPS are 14 days.
